Vaccination Requirements

For the health and safety of both your pets and our team, current vaccines are required. Required vaccines are as follows:

Canines:

  • Rabies

  • DHPP

  • Leptospirosis

  • Bordetella

Felines:

  • Rabies

  • FVRCP

Others:

  • Please Inquire

Cancellation Policy

Deposit

  • A deposit of 20% of the total service cost is required at the time of booking.

  • Service dates and times are not reserved or guaranteed until the deposit is received.

  • The deposit is applied toward the total balance due for the scheduled services.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • The Client must provide at least 24 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled service time to cancel or request to reschedule.

Cancellations with Proper Notice (24+ hours)

  • If at least 14 days notice is given, the deposit is refundable.

  • If less than 14 days notice is given the deposit is non- refundable, but may be applied as a credit toward a future booking scheduled within 60 days of the day of cancellation.

Late Cancellations (Less than 24 hours)

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit, which remains non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • In the event of a same-day cancellation:

    • The deposit is forfeited, and the Service Provider reserves the right to require full or partial prepayment for any future bookings.
